Hi to all Musical Connections members!

We hope that you are all doing ok!

We are going to send you a newsletter in the next 2 weeks but not everyone has filled in a database consent form. If you’ve not signed one and still want to hear about Musical Connections, please download the form from the Musical Connections website ( If we don’t have the form, then we can’t get in touch with you!

In the meantime, we wanted to let you know about a couple of events coming up next week that may interest you.

ASTONish on Stage: 5.00pm, Wed 4th April, Symphony Hall. Cost: FREE but you must book in advance via the box office or at
More info: ASTONish is a development program for creatives in Aston & Newtown with the potential to become dynamic cultural leaders. ASTONish on stage will showcase 3 fantastic participants, Lekan Babalola (twice Grammy award-winning Nigerian percussionist), Mabowunje Harrison (cross platform Jazz, Soul & Gospel artist with singing at the forefront) and Sonia Indigo Clarke (soul/jazz vocalist, songwriter & pianist with roots in gospel and reggae).

Honey Bunny Music Night: 7:30 PM – 11 PM, Thurs 5th April, The Station, 7 High St, Kings Heath, Birmingham. B14 7BB. Cost: £3 suggested donation (more if people can afford it).
